Create Schedules

Creating and modifying schedules has never been easier. You can input the hours for each shift in almost any format you want - this includes 24hr format, including am/pm as well as leaving out am/pm.

Availability Plotted

When you're creating a new schedule you'll see a "not available" notice if the employee has requested that day off. This is a friendly reminder not to book that employee for that specific day. If the employee has left a message in their availability submission, you can view it by putting your mouse cursor over the "not available" tag.

Text Message & Email Notifications

Whenever a new schedule is created, every employee will be text messaged and emailed their hours for that week. This ensures that every employee is notified and has no excuse for missing a shift. Employees can configure the notifications they receive in their settings area.

Copy Schedules

If next week's schedule is almost identical to a previous schedule, simply copy it over - no need to re-type all of those shifts. You will be able to make any necessary changes to the newly copied schedule before sending it out to your employees. Read more about how to copy schedules »

Draft Schedules
