Easily Manage

Add, edit and delete employees at the click of a mouse. You can also re-arrange employees with our simple drag and drop interface to order them how you would like them to appear for schedule creation.

Assign Roles

If your workplace has distinct roles for employees, you can assign them one. These roles might be something like "Dishwasher", "Cashier" or "Prep". Once you assign a role to an employee, that role will appear on any upcoming schedules you create. Read more about employee roles »

Supervisor Permissions

Along with creating employees, you can give certain employees supervisor permissions. This means they will be able to have access to the employee area as well as the employer area.

Contact List

As an employee, you might want to get in touch with a fellow co-worker to trade a shift. Employees can view a large list of contact information for each of their fellow co-workers once they log in.

Add Employees in Bulk

If you have many employees, adding them one-by-one can be a tedious task. If you so happen to have an excel spreadsheet of each employee and the proper information we need, you can upload it and have all of your employees added automatically.

Inactive Employees

Mark an employee as inactive if they're being laid off for a period of time or being permanently terminated. Inactive employees will never show up on upcoming schedules and will not be able to login to their account.
